Dead Hand Club offers apparel and other merchandise through our online store.

Some of our products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production and shipping partners. This means your order may be printed, packaged, and shipped by one of our fulfillment partners rather than directly by Dead Hand Club.

Product availability, colors, sizes, pricing, and designs may change at any time.

Many Dead Hand Club products are created specifically after you place your order.

Because these products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product
Personal preference regarding fit

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may move into production quickly.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before production begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered production.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including:

Payment is processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Dead Hand Club does not directly store your complete payment-card information.

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dead Hand Club is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned, lost, or cannot be delivered because the shipping information provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional charges may apply for replacement or reshipment.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
