What is Dead Hand Club?
Born in Dallas after one too many searches for mahjong merch that looked like it belonged at a garden party.
We were tired of the perfect-hostess version of mahjong. The country-club cosplay. The cutesy pastels. The whole idea that you need a themed tablescape and a puff-sleeve dress just to throw some tiles around.
Dead Hand Club is for the misfits, the outsiders, the rule-breakers, the slightly feral ones who like their mahjong with more personality and a lot less pretense.
Show up in jeans. Talk shit about the Charleston. Bring whatever energy you’ve got.

What is the return policy?
Returns & Order Issues
We want you to love what shows up at your door. Since every Dead Hand Club item is printed especially for you after you place your order, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, color choice, or incorrect size.
Please take a quick look at the size guide before ordering — future you will appreciate it.
Something wrong with your order?
That's different, and we'll make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- A clear photo showing the issue
Depending on the situation, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. You generally won't need to send the defective item back.
Sizing & Color
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot exchange an item if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout.
Measurements are included in the product size guide, and we strongly recommend checking them before placing your order. Please keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Changed your mind immediately after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to change or cancel an order before it enters production, but once printing begins, the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional charges may apply to have the item reprinted and shipped again.
Lost Packages
If tracking seems stuck or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we'll help investigate it with the shipping carrier and our production partner.
If a package is confirmed lost through no fault of the customer, we'll work with you on a replacement or other resolution.

What kind of shirts do you use?
We aren't putting a great design on a sad T-shirt.
Our tees are printed on soft, lightweight Bella+Canvas shirts chosen because they feel good, hold their shape, and don't have that stiff promotional-shirt feeling.
Our racerback tanks are soft, lightweight Next Level tanks designed for an easy warm-weather fit.

How do your shirts fit?
Our T-shirts have a unisex fit. Order your usual size for an easy, relaxed fit or size down if you like a closer fit.
Our racerback tanks have a slimmer women's fit. If you like a little more room through the body, consider sizing up.
You'll find measurements in the size guide on each product page. Check them before ordering — unlike the Charleston, this is one decision you can make with confidence.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because your shirt is printed especially for you after you order it, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choice, or a change of mind.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or just plain wrong, that's another story. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll help make it right.
My shirt arrived damaged or the print is wrong. What do I do?
Send us a message within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the problem.
We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. You usually won't need to mail the damaged item back.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Maybe — but move fast.
Our products go into production soon after they're ordered. If you contact us before production begins, we may be able to change or cancel your order. Once your shirt is being printed, we can't stop it.
When will my order ship?
Every Dead Hand Club item is made to order, so your shirt needs a little production time before it heads your way.
Once it ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Economy shipping is free on orders of $49 or more.
So yes, adding that second shirt you've been staring at has its advantages.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Usually, but not always. If your order includes different products or they're fulfilled by different production locations, your items may arrive separately.
Don't panic if one shirt beats the others to the table.
Do you make anything besides shirts?
Right now, we're starting with apparel. But Dead Hand Club has bigger plans for the table.
