Dead Hand Club Shipping Policy

Dead Hand Club products are made to order, which means your shirt or tank is printed after you place your order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Processing Time

Most orders require production time before they ship.

Production times can vary by product, print provider, and order volume, especially during holidays or high-demand periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow it on the way to you.

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout.

We currently offer:

Economy Shipping
Standard Shipping

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after production is complete.

Free Shipping

We offer free economy shipping on orders of $49 or more.

The $49 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. If you choose a faster shipping method, you’ll pay the difference at checkout.

Split Shipments

If your order contains different products, sizes, or items fulfilled by different production locations, your order may arrive in more than one package.

If one item shows up before the others, don’t panic. The rest may simply be taking a different route to the table.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before your order enters production, but once production or shipping begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Dead Hand Club is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If an order must be reprinted or reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside our control.

If your tracking has stopped updating or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we’ll help look into it.

Packages that are confirmed lost through no fault of the customer may be eligible for a replacement or other resolution.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you don’t see it:

Check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, and any usual delivery locations.
Ask household members or neighbors whether they received it.
Allow up to 24 hours, since some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before they actually arrive.
If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll help determine the next step.
